📦 What is a Proxy Buying Service?
We help you purchase merchandise from South Korea that may not be available in your country. We buy the item on your behalf and ship it directly to you.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping via trusted couriers like FedEx and Korea Post (EMS), with competitive rates and reasonable delivery times.
Q: How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the total weight, volume of your items, and destination country. Fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Deliveries to extended areas may incur additional surcharges.
Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
The entire process usually takes 10–20 business days:
- 3–7 days to purchase the item in Korea
- 1–3 days for warehouse handling
- 5–14 days for international shipping (via FedEx or EMS)
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Q: Are duties and taxes included?
No, import taxes and customs duties are determined by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay customs and the item is returned, no refund will be issued.

Q: Are items shipped together or separately?
We strive to ship all items together. However, if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will dispatch everything once the pre-order items are released.
Q: Can I cancel or return my order?
- Cancellations: Allowed only within 12 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been bought in by our purchase team.
- Returns/Refunds: Contact us within 3 days of purchase. 30% charge applied for the items we have purchased, and full refund for items we are yet to purchase. Some items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable, including:
- Collaboration Café merchandise
- Pop-up store exclusives
- Pre-order items
Please consider carefully before purchasing these items.
Q: What happens if my item is sold out?
If we cannot purchase your item due to it being sold out, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit.

We currently accept PayPal only for secure and convenient transactions.

Q: How do you ensure my items are safely shipped?
We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video as proof. We will investigate and offer a reshipment or refund if eligible.
